Knirps USA Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, umbrellas must be:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• With all original tags attached

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing packaging/tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
